Feeling good in your Wedding Dress

You have to be able to feel like a beauty queen in your wedding dress. This is your big moment and you want to feel and look perfect. This is the only way that you can truly make sure that you have the perfect wedding day ever.

The first thing that is important is to make sure that your wedding dress is fitting properly. You need to have a fitting right before the wedding to make sure that it still fits in the right places. You never know when you are going to gain or lose a pound and you want your wedding dress to look exquisite on your body. You will find that a fitting a day or two before the big day will help ensure this.

You should try to eat a healthy diet before the wedding. This means that you do not want to eat a lot of junk foods or foods that are too high in salt. These things will make you feel bloated and may even affect the way that you feel in your wedding dress. Eating too much junk can make you feel heavy or even be the cause for an unwanted spot.

Keep a good exercise routine, a few weeks before the wedding there is nothing wrong with going to the gym and getting in a small workout each day. This will help to ensure that you are feeling healthy and fit for your big day. You will look lean and buff in your wedding dress and you will truly be the center of attention.

Try to fit in a day at the spa before your wedding day. You will not believe how much better you will feel when you are all pampered up the day before your wedding. You will glide into your dress with your smooth and great looking skin and you will feel like a million dollars when you are feeling good and relaxed after a treatment at the spa.

Drink lots of water before your wedding day. Stay away from caffeinated drinks such as soda and coffee. These things will make you more nervous and jumpy before your wedding. You do not need anything else to make even more worried or anxious! Water will also help to clean your system out and make you feel better and healthier for fitting into your wedding dress.

Taking vitamins is also a great idea. You may want to check with your doctor first to make sure that you are ok to take some vitamin C or B. These vitamins are good to help keep your immune system in good working condition so that you are not at risk for getting sick. There is nothing worse than getting a cold before your wedding day.

Stay out of the cold air or air conditioning when possible. Many women are sensitive to the colder air and getting a cold is easier for them. You will not want to take any chances for getting sickly for your wedding day. The same goes for any unhealthy situation. You do not want to take the risk for getting hurt or breaking any part of your body this close to your wedding day.

Stay out of the sun. You will find that many brides like to have a great tan on their wedding day. You do have to be careful and make sure that you are not getting too much in the days before your wedding. You may want to start tanning a week or two before the wedding. This will allow you time to get used to the tanning and if you are burned, you will have time to heal. You may want to think about self-tanners or getting a spray tan for your big day.
